Brian L. Walker

Mr. Walker, a managing partner at Paskel, Tashman & Walker, P.C., has dedicated his entire legal career to the firm since earning his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School in 1991. With decades of experience, he has built a reputation for providing thoughtful, results-oriented representation across several key areas of law. His primary practice areas include employment law, probate and estate planning, labor law, and family law. Mr. Walker is also a certified domestic relations mediator, having completed the rigorous 40-hour domestic relations mediation training as well as the 8-hour domestic violence screening program. His qualifications and depth of legal knowledge enable him to resolve complex disputes with fairness and sensitivity.
